The industry sector is one the most important for Saudi and a key contributor to GDP. The growth rate of goods exports remained robust, due to the competitive level of industrial capacity and the output. It contributes strongly to support the development witnessed by the Sultanate. Through our industry sector we now join the ranks of developed, global economic powerhouses. The Sultanate has become one of the hot destinations for overseas investors as it provides them with conducive business environment that help them achieve the required growth and development of their businesses. Overall, like other sectors, it has contributed to providing employment opportunities and rehabilitating national cadres in various institutions and companies.
